The door locks/unlocks opens/closes just fine manually so its not the lock. I replaced the actuator with a new one and no luck. So im thinking it has to be the wires to the actuator ???
I know it couldn't be a fuse since all other doors work. Any ideas? Please answers with lots of details . Car is a 2007 Buick Rendezvous

Test for power at the actuator harness connector while working the lock switch. Each wire should change from B+ to ground depending on which way you push the lock switch. If no power when checking the switch both directions you need to cut open the wiring harness by the driver door hinges and stretch each wire to see if one of them is broken.

Always the Power lock actuator, over the years they wear out & stop working. Not the wires unless you were tampering with something in there

They do not use a separate fuse for each door

Check the door's wiring harness (under the rubber boot).

Go to your dealer, they should know what to do.

check the fuses anyways, today they have put many more fuses than ever in a car. check all wiring. check to see electric goes to the actuator.

w/a vehicle that's now 11 years old, it could be as simple as a need for lubrication of the lock mechanism......sorry, but since "we" cannot see the vehicle, it's not possible to diagnose
