I'm 16 black guy and my choice are 2017 Ford Mustang Shelby GT350 or 2017 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 or 2017 Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat and which is the best car I get?

Your insurance will be really high I drive a 05 Chrysler touring and I still pay $300 + on my full coverage insurance with my parents even though it's "old"

You can get a used BMW I8 instead of the hellcats depending on where you live. Insurance rate is very high when you're 16 years old plus all those cars you listed are sports cars with two doors meaning more towards insurance rates.

I'd just go get a BMW M3 or something fast but not too expensive. You might want to test drive them too and see which one feels comfortable.
