I have an 08 Mazdaspeed3 6spd manual and the right front break pad is really worn. I'm just wandering if thats what's causing my car the first problem it's having. First it started squeaking then when I slow down or turn it makes a bad rubbing sound on and off. Now when I lightly apply my breaks it feels like when you hit ice.. The brake pedal jerks and the car barely will slow down. Is this just the pads? Or maybe warped rotor?
Second thing, my car can be cruising at whatever speed with cruise on then all of a sudden it's accelerates really harsh then the cruise goes off and I can't turn it back on, also the ABS and TC buttons turn on and won't go off. Sometimes it randomly accelerates fast when I'm steady in the gas with no cruise on. My battery has been getting very corroded on a daily bases and I clean the terminals and just recently soaked them in baking soda. The problem still exist but no corrosion. Is this signs of a bad connection or shortage or maybe the alternator going out?

holy **** dude...first off go get your brakes serviced asap by a licensed mechanic.

You're probably going to have to make a trip to the dealership to get all that mess looked at, sounds like you've let some problems go and now it's all compiling into a big cluster ****.

You need to bring this car to a pro for bad brakes, ABS malfunction and random acceleration. I wouldn't drive it.
