Normally your car kills something because you have used the steering wheel to direct the vehicle towards the object. You shouldn't try to kill things with your car, since it can damage your vehicle and can be illegal especially if it is people that you keep killing.

If you need to kill something with your car, try to kill rodents or maybe even stray cats. This isn't illegal and can even be fun depending on if you like cats or not.

You have to be more precise. If engine cuts-off (kills) than brakes stop working, it's beacuse something in engine is wrong. Brakes are working via servo, and when engine stops there is nothing to amplify pressure.

If it cuts when braking, your automatic clutch is malfunctioned

brakes will work very hard without the engine running.sounds like a broken vacuum line especially ck the one going to your brake booster behind the master cylinder or any of them around the throttle body or carb or whatever you have there. good luck
