I shorted the battery testing a headlight and bumped positive and negative together and it sparked then no power coming from battery, can it be fixed? I have it on the charger now, will it come out of it and charge? The red light comes on the charger when plugged into the battery, green when unplugged, it is Ebike Frame Battery use Panasonic cells 48V 12Ah Electric Bicycle lithium Battery for E-Bike 1000W Motor like this https://www.google.com/search?q=48v+battery+panasonic+12ah&client=safari&hl=en-us&prmd=sinv&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwipl86chInSAhXEyoMKHUuRAmEQ_AUICCgC&biw=1024&bih=672#imgrc=N98o4HGtKT1GrM:

probably blown a diode in the battery assembly, it can be replaced and should get it going again, (I have done this on mobility scooters before)

There is a fuse which likely burned out. Look at it.

there may be a fuse on there that you would need to replace, if it has one
