I have 2 gallon coolant capacity and filled a gallon of coolant and the rest water. After I finished I realized the coolant I used was the prediluted 50/50. Will it be ok to leave it as it is? The weather will be about 40-60 degrees for a long time.

You must gamble a lot on the streets, because all it takes is an unexpected cold snap and you could be in trouble! (or leave your car running all night)

This mix is too weak, you need to get another half gallon of coolant in there, the target protection level is -35ºF this going to be near 50/50 mix so drain some and put in more.

NOTE: Remember, if you didn't take out the drain plugs in the side of the engine block, there was still coolant in there that didn't drain out.

the coolant is also important to lubricate the water pump. you should try to get more in as soon as you can. Maybe just fill the over-flow with full strenght coolant, let it mix for a month or two, do that again.

If you get hard freeze where you are in the winter, you will definitely want to get close to 50/50 before then

Boil point at 25/75 will be lower than desired.

Drain 3 quarts of your 25/75 mixture and replace with 100% A/F and you'll be fine.

as long as temps dont drop below a safety net of 20 degrees you will be fine.. higher water cools better anyway.. but most stock cars on the street dont need the better cooling so most just run 50/50 easy to change. sold premixed

That will get you about 10degree freeze point. shouldn't need to worry about it getting that cold again this season. Despite the hysteria posted here there will be no issues if you leave it you still have a fair amount of boil over and waterpump protection. Of course don't forget to get it boosted up before next winter.
