Interchangeable car parts?

Question

I was recently given a car that needs some body work. It is a 1993 Eagle Talon DL. It has a 4-cylinder 1.8L engine with fuel injectors. It has 2 doors. Nothing real fancy but I need some parts from junk yards (hopefully) for it. What I need to know is what cars have interchangeable parts with this car. Also, if other years of this same car will interchange parts. I was told that a 93 Mitsubishi Eclipse hood would fit but I don't know about other parts. If you could help out, that would be greatly appreciated.

If you go to that site, enter your car, all available interchangeable parts will show up! Not only that, the location and most times cost. Those interchanges are based on the Hollander Exchange.

Every wrecking yard I've ever gone to had a database that held all the interchangeability information I ever needed.



Just tell the people at the counter what you need and ask if there are interchangeability options.



They can look this up for you and let you know exactly what cars have parts that are interchangeable with yours.

Saturn's are usually rebadged Opel's out of GM's Europe operation. You are not finding parts to swap from other GM US-made cars.

Your Talon is a re-badged Eclipse. Almost everything will interchange.
