Try a silicone based rubber lube along the door glass seals. If this doesn't work, contact an auto glass repair shop for hints. Good luck with it.

Go to a Home Depot or Lowes and pick up a can of dry teflon spray lube. Insert the plastic straw into the spray head and shoot a ton of the liquid down each of the window channels (front and back). Then move the window up and down to spread it around. The solvent will dry out and leave dry teflon in the channels. That will reduce friction on the window glass. If the noise is still there, you'll have to remove the door trim panel and lubricate the mechanism. Use spray lithium grease for that.
Cooking spray will spoil, turn rancid and start to stink.

The best way is to to pop off the door panel and look and listen to it.However I'm thinkin your skill level ain't so high.So buy a can of liquid lubricant with a little plastic hose that snaps into the sprayer nozzle.Jam it down into the window cavity between the glass and the weatherstripping and lube all the moving parts. You'll probably have to clean the window many times after this process before it stays clean.Concentrate on the slots on the side of the window.GOOD LUCK!

Silicone spray lubricant may work. Spray the side of the window frame and down into the door on the sides too.

think the guys had good suggestions. To clean window after using those things try vinegar using newspapers to clean it with rather than a rag. Or denatured alcahol. The ink in newspapers help keep from streaking. And vinegar cuts through about anything.

Most likely the felt insert for the window channel is worn out; this can be replaced or maybe their are clips that fit in the channel to quiet the window moving up and down...look online

get you doors open and a fresh can wd40 and start spraying/put nozzle in and put windows down and spray every thing that touches the widow edges/open the rubbers and get down in the doors and keep the spray going/let it drip dry and that should do it
