you can remove it with fishing line to cut it off the car and then use WD-40 and a rag to clean off the glue that was left behind

Its very easy to remove this type of badge, first thing to do is get a extension lead that can reach the car. Then using a hair dryer heat the badge up until the badge will come of the car. Hopefully all the glue will come of at the same time but if it does not use a little alcohol rub/lighter fluid to remove the glue.

you should just be able to pull it off, it might leave a black glue mark but that will come off with a bit of effort.
best thing to do is heat the badge up with a hairdryer or similar (if u use a heat gun, dont go too close to the paint). The heat from the hair dryer will soften the glue on the badge.
If it leaves any residue then use something like t-cut on it and it will be fine.

Keep the badge...the bunny brings up the value of your car. I loved the bunny so much I tattooed it on my arm. :p
Since I can't remove my bunny, you can remove yours...use a hair dryer to slowly warm up the glue but not too much heat to damage the paint work and use some fishing line to slide between the badge and the car, hopefully taking of one of the layer of glue thus the badge coming off. Then using WD40 or some other form of rubbing alcohol to remove the rest of the glue. Then just wax up.

To remove The badge I would Suggest using dental floss to cut through the adhesive on the badge. Then I would clean the glue with wd40

I like dreynold's answer, add heat it up with a hairdryer before and during (enlist a friend 2 help) the fishing line trick, wind a 2' piece of line around a stick at either end so you've got 10" or so to work with, and the wd40 works as a soak when you made a toilet paper "spitball" out of it, big enough to cover the glue spot.

carefully remove the badging without scratching the paint then use rubbing alchal to remove the glue if this doesn't work check and see if goof off (a comonly used product for removing all kinds of glue) will work but read the directions first to see if it will effect the paint it is pretty strong stuff

Use dental floss to wiggle it off. It might take some work, but it will break the bond without messing up your paint job.

Use a heat gun or a good hair dryer to warm up the adhesive on it. Once it's hot enough you'll be able to pull it right off.

plastic drywall knife, and goof off or goo gone...wd40 should get the emblem off too, if you dont have a plastic spatula typa thing you could possibly use fishing line to get it off, sorta like a cheese cutter.

i honestly have no idea.
it looks like it'd pull the paint off too though.
but i don't think i'd leave it on there either.
if it was something else though, it'd be really cute.
