I have 1994 ford ranger with 4.0 engine the engine only has 88,000 When idling it is fine but after driving for about 15 minutes I am loosing coolant. I pressure checked the radiator and nothing is leaking. I checked for oil on dip stick nothing no milky white substance. I checked exhaust pipe and is clean any other suggestions where coolant can be going

I'm assuming u checked it running under pressure to ascertain water pump, weep hole and no hoses r leaking.IF u are overfilling the reservoir it will pour out when fluid expansion occurs. The line on the reservoir is a COLD liquid-radiator-engine fill line,be sure and check pressure cap also.

If you have done a *cooling system pressure test, the cooling system should hold 15 pounds pressure for 12 hours. If there are no external leaks you do have an internal one. A cylinder leak down test will show you exactly where the leak is.

Ask someone to follow you and watch the exhaust pipe. If you see white smoke from the exhaust you might have a damaged head gasket. Probably an internal failure.

if there is no antifreeze in the oil and no white smoke coming out the tailpipe then you can rule out the head and intake gasket ! this is just a guess but maybe air is inside the cooling system ! try flushing out the whole cooling system and when you fill it back up bleed the air out and see if it stays full !
