Its on the left side of the engine, and it looks to be an elbow shape hose, how do I fix this? Any help would be great!

dont fix REPLACE. for about 15 dollars at autozone. just use some big pliers to remove the tensioner on each side of the hose
sorry i took long to edit and check back with you
but if you mean the radiator hose that is on the passanger side of engine it should have two clamps one on each side also i am not aure if you mean the hose that comes from the water pump to the intake plenum then this one just snaps off just pull it it should come off. the one that goes to plenum is aboyut 3 inches long the one of radiator is about 1 foot long which one is it

If it was my car I would replace the hose.

if its the plastic elbow they are prone to crack. you can tap a file inside the fitting [using it like an easyout] and unscrew it out.A local hadware store can size you up with a metal fitting.
