On some cars, replacing the bulb is very simple and on other cars; incredibly tricky! If you don't know anyone who can show you how to do it in real life I would recommend finding a local car parts store who provide a light bulb fitting service - when they do it, watch them and ask them what they're doing for each step - that way, the next time it happens, you can do it yourself. Bulbs can go just because they're old and have been used a lot, but if the same bulb blows out regularly then you should start suspecting a problem.

Well I don't know exactly what you mean that you tried. Open the hood of the car and there should be these things that you can screw out, take those off and pull from the laights and it should come off, after that take the light bulb off and i think you know the rest

you have to pull 2 tabs behind the headlight and behind the backing frame that runs clear across the front, probably called the radiator backing or support frame. then the headlight assembly will come out. you have to twist it a little. there is enough slack in the wires to get the whole thing out then unplug it, twist the bulb out and there you go
