What's the difference between BF Goodrich Traction T/A and Touring T/A what's better for all season tire?
They both look good on the BF Goodrich site,. don't know which is better for all season?
Your experience? Does it matter if it's "Directional tread?" Not so good when rotating if you have this is that right?
Anyone that has experience on this much appreciated.
Would be going on a 2002 Honda Accord EX V6 2door
thanks

Your Accord takes a P205/60R16 91V tire. The Touring T/A would be the recommended tire in that application. The Traction T/A is only available in a 91T service rating which is below what Honda specifies for your vehicle - to be precise, the speed rating on the Traction T/A is inadequate for your car.

The Touring T/A would be the tire I woudl recommend.

BFGs are know to be good tires if you can get a deal go for it. Even the best all terains are not a good as a cheap snow tire IN the snow.

I bought the BFG traction T/A 60,000 mile tires. I have to replace them with only 33.000 miles.

Do not think your tires will last as long as BFG states they will and their warranty simply means that they are warranteed for as long as they last--not one mile longer and regardless of how many miles under the 60,000 published.

Suckers beware...but while the tires operate, they do a good job.

the traction t/a's have a more agressive tread pattern and are better for mud and snow where as the touring t/a's are more like a conventional car tire tread and will give less traction but will wear better in the long run, it's your choice.

i have had experience with both types of tires. both are excellent as far as wear but i thought the traction ta's were a little better in the winter with snow and ice but the touring were a little quieter.

Directional tread patterns usually aren't the greatest for snow, unless they are on a snow tire.

I have personally used the Traction T/A's, and I liked them alot. I have no results for the Touring T/A's though.
