I bought a used 2005 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. I immediately had issues with the "power locks " either not locking or locking whenever they wanted . Turns out 2005 TJ doesn't have pwr locks. The last owner put them in/not wired right /now fixed.
So heres the problem. The passenger side "power" window quits ...surprise 2005 doesn't have pwr windows either. Question is WHAT YEAR jeep wrangler power reg/motor assemb will fit my 2005 wrangler door? I need to replace it. I've done 2 before 89 probe and 2001 jeep Cherokee. I guess I can remove the old one but then I'm not driving it til i get new one in. I'd like to order it and replace it all in one day. Please help me Oh guru's of the automotive world.
Thanks K

if it quits why not look into the wiring... probably wouldn't be much harder than the locks and if it's a window motor this is probably something that is available but to answer your question I would call Clements Jeep www.clementssalvage.com and those boys would be the one that would likely know if there was one from a previous or later year that you could mount into your door

The only thing to do is to see what whoever did to make it have the power accessories. Get in there and get the part numbers off of the current parts, then cross reference the numbers at a parts store. Maybe they put in parts from a Toyota, who knows? Or maybe something "universal", I've seen so much of that stuff it's rediculous. Trying to guess is a waste of time.

ultimate presently-produced offroader there is. noticeably in case you upload a young advance and a few larger tyres, then it will bypass everywhere (different than by using massive dirt holes of direction). The inventory tyres are not very stable for offroading.
