are you talking about the plug to plug in a scann tool? if so 95 was kida a crossover year for most manufatures some were obd2 some still used the old stlye ford plug. old stlye ford plug is shaped kinda like a house kids draw: whit a flat top

./....\ ....................................................[......] about as close as i can make it look will have grey connector comming off the same harness with one terminal , shold be close to the batery, hopefully still snapped into its holder ( should say diagnostic connector) you would have to get someone to read codes for you on this one well if its obd2 also. if obd2 it'll be under the steering collum to the right or left and a 16 pin connector. now if you mean the ECM plug should be on the fire wall on the passenger side
