my car runs rough and the check engine light is on?

2002 chev. cavalier,2.2 L engine,diagnostic says #3 cylinder misfire,i changed the coil for that cylinder,the spark plugs and wires, any suggestions?

check all the plugs and take one off at a time and see how engine runs. then you will know which is the problem and where to look next also do a compression test on all cylinders. might be a blown head gasket or something like that sticky valve too

Go to Auto Zone and have them run the computer code test and they can pretty much tell you what is wrong.

i would check the oxygen sensor.
