If you can disconnect the battery without any problems like resetting the radio code then you can reconnect it after a while to see if the battery is holding a charge without the need for a meter. If it isn't the battery then you have to go through the electrical system to find the drain on the battery.

Unless something is draining the battery, the battery is not holding a charge.Even a new battery may be defective and fail to hold a charge.

You have a drain. Something is pulling down the battery while the car is off. You need to have a parasitic drain test done.

I had the same problem, I had a duralast battery from Auto zone. I had them continuously keep re charging the battery. The battery itself should come with a warranty so explain the issue and they will give you a brand new battery and see if it was a faulty battery.
