My tire is popped, like rim, on rubber. I don't care about the tire, I want to drive to the tire replacement place which is like 5 miles away. Is it okay?

Absolutely not. If you drive 5 miles on it in that condition you'll not only be buying a new tire but a new rim as well. Take it off the vehicle and have someone drive you to the repair store.

Pricey lovebob, 1. You shouldn't be given to restore the company new tire you will have bought recently (until the injury is due to mis-use), motive that implies the tire material will not be quality or mis-stored. They will have to replace it with a brand new one. 2. The G.M. Donut tires are supposed to be used for 60 miles continues driving at a speed does not exceed forty mph So you might be dependable to make use of such donut tire except you get a company new one ( not a repaired one ). Yes making use of the donut tire in using for more than 60 miles, in an effort to have an effect on the alignment and the suspension procedure as good. Regards.

I once drove slowly with a really flat front tire for less than 1 km sand here's what I've experienced:
tire became shredded
tire and rim are VERY hot to touch
it's really hard to make a turn with flat front tire, even with power steering
its harder to keep the car moving straight, must compensate for steering
My suggestion is to borrow a spare, or borrow a car and bring the flat tire and rim to the tire replacement center. After reattaching the tires to your car, you may then drive back to the tire center for alignment inspection.
Be safe. Don't risk it. 5 miles is quite far.
Good luck

hes right. driving it on the rim will wear the rim lip causing the new tire to not sit properly. not to mention it is illegal to drive like this. if you are stuck and really must, then drive very very slowly and carefully with hazard lights on i suppose.

You can drive on the flat about as far as it takes you to pull over to the curb. Any longer and you'll buy a new wheel. Which is cheaper, a tow truck or a new wheel?

nope, put on a spare or you will be buying a new rim as well.
