My 93 dodge shadow wont start?

I'm having problems with my 1993 Dodge Shadow. It will crank but wont start. It has the 2.2L engine. I've sprayed starting fluid into the throttle body but wont start, Ive replaced the distributor cap, router, coil, Jump coil, and ignition relay but still wont start. The only thing else i can think of that the distributor it self is bad, but how can i tell? what else could the problem be?

I took off the distributor cap off and cranked the engine and the rotor is not turning?Was told it was a broken timing belt and it was fine. Tried cranking the engine again with cover off and its not turning either?? Is it seized up?

If it's making sounds such as turn-over most likely it may be your alternator belt or your timing belt since you have a old vehicle. If you see the lights come on but your car won't actually start it'll most likely be the timing belt. Good job on trying everything to get it to start since you eliminated the possibilities.

Open the gas cap, have someone turn the ignition key to "Run" yet no longer to "commence." pay interest for a buzzing or whirring noise from the gas filler hollow.
