Dealer would be the best resource if the bolts are still available.

Try an auto parts store or a GM dealer.

You're pulling my leg, right?
Anyone who works on cars should have the following:
- basic hardware on hand
- bolt gauge for SAE & Metric
- tap/die set for SAE & Metric
If your basic hardware does not include the bolts your need, the other tools mentioned will help you determine what you need.
If know what size/thread bolts you need, you could probably find them on eBay or Amazon. A junkyard may be an option, if you have any junkyards nearby.
Alternatively, you could go to a Cadillac dealer and pay an outrageous price for the bolts.

have you tried a junk yard? they are usually filled with a treasure trove of oddball parts and parts of parts.

Hi so a cadillac dealer might be one place to start with then the factory made or reconditioned suppliers would be the next on the list.
