No, you need to drink the vodka, but to anwser your question, yes it will keep it from freezing...You can buy windsheild washer fluid that does not freeze for around $2.00 a gallon...Get some of that from auto supply houses and drink the vodka to stay warm...

Since both front and back wipers, as well as the washer all went out, it can't be a motor, switch, or bushing. It has to be a fuse. The suspect is #5 fuse, starting from the left of the fuses.

when you first stated Vodka in your windshield washer reservoir I was going to report you for alcohol abuse, but seeing it's blueberry, I cant think of a better use for it. and no it wont gum anything up, it's distilled alcohol fer crying out loud.

Uh No! If you add vodka or anything for that matter to your wiper fluid, all it will do is streak up the window and really screw up your windows. never and i repeat never add anything to your washer Fluid other than water. I live up here in north dakota where we see -20 most part of the winter and normal washer fluid doesn't really freeze that much. if it does end up freezing oh well its not going ot ruin your car none the bit, just wait for it to warm up again to use your washer fluid. Have you checked your blinker fluid to make sure its full and wont freeze?

You can but why?
Vodka is much more expensive than washer fluid and it also has a lot of sugar in it.
The sugar makes it drinkable by humans. I think that may cause problems with streaking and gumming up of the washer spray system.
I would use isopropyl alcohol that is much cleaner and will not cause problems.
