Are you spraying it in the right place? On the hinges of the doors? Make sure you soak them!!!

Get a good penetrating grease, Something like Well Worth's Mighty Grease. It penetrates then leaves a sticky grease that won't wash off. White grease will not penetrate the rollers, or pins. Another thing to check are the nuts and bolts on the mechanism that holds the door open. Sometimes these will get loose and make a popping noise.

Graphite should have done the trick. You should mix it with a lite oil then use an oil can to apply. Used as just the powder doesn't always do the job as well as mixing it. The oil helps carry it to the destination. Otherwise it might never get where it needs to go as it will just clump or fall off. Believe me, I use it all the time and it works very well!
PS: when I state "light oil" I'm referring to something like 10W or you could even use machine oil or 3 in one for that matter!

Get over it try different oils. You have a 7 year old car that doesn't get rear doors opened all that often. Penetrants like WD-40 just wash away the oil in the bronze bushings. Graphite with motor oil might just do the trick dont forget to lube the spring and roller. Or just keep the car wet?

And if all else fails, there is always good old white petroleum jelly(otherwise know as Vaseline). Apply with a "Que" tip.

lithium grease or silicone based spray lubricant.
you may have to use it several times.
after each application, open & close the doors several times.
