Don't get talked into putting any sort of stop leak product in the cooling system. It only plugs up the heater core and radiator. If you have a leak and the radiator is not rusted out or corroded you can ask a radiator shop how much to fix it. I get radiators for $100 and up so I just replace them.

If you are SURE you know where the crack is, you can have it soldered from a small workshop. Generally the water evaporator so quickly that you can't make out where the leak is. The best way would be to detach the hose at the top & bottom connecting to the engine, put a cap on both these, and fill the radiator with cold water, and wait to see where the leak is.
If it is an aluminum radiator, better get a new one, and also changes the connecting hoses. if it is made of copper, which is unlikely, then you can solder it.

far more solutions exist for a metal tanked radiator that one with plastic ones. the metal ones can be patched with alumina seal or similar. soldering the hole is also effective. on the plastic tanked type, it is not so easy. pull the radiator and have the tanks replaced.

Take it in to a garage and ask if the repair can be soldered sealed, don't use stop leak from an auto parts store.

Try the pour-in radiator sealant. If that doesn't do it, a new radiator. Next time check the anti-freeze before winter.
