amp light comes on dashboard and car wont crank?

this is an 89 ford crown vic 5.0 i just replaced the starter, starter solenoid, and a brand new battery and when i go to crank the car it jus keeps trying to crank but wont like its outta gas but its a half tank in the car also it will try to crank and after a while when i keep turn the key it will do nothing my check engine light is orange and the amp light is red i think its been sitting 6months i jus had new waterpump,water pump pulley, water pump fan, radiator and 2 belts i just dont kno what to do now any info is grateful

change out the fuel filter,if it is clogged it will not start.

Its most likely the fuel pump, you are killing the battery because the alternator cant charge the battery.

examine your motor vehicle's fuse for sprint mild. this is blended with different electrics. thus, the lead that controls illumination of the radio has no longer something to do with it. sounds like between the fuses on the motor vehicle.
