What do you mean it leaks? Leaks what air/coolant/oil? Are you sure you are talking about the right part? Cylinder heads are plural and they meet the engine block all the way around. Are you sure you're not talking about the intake manifold? The intake manifold will suck in air if not installed correctly.

1. Are you sure you torqued them in the right sequence. Usually, cylinder heads and intake manifolds require a 3 step process.

2. Are you sure you torqued them to the right specifications? You used ft-lbs and not N-m?

3. Did you clean the surface of the engine block and make sure there were no cracks or chips of metal missing?

4. Were the head bolts dry on installation. If you lubricate them, you have to torque them down even more to compensate.

JB weld will not work, that would be like putting bubble gum on a hole in the tank of an air compressor.

JB weld won't work mate, it may even just cause a different problem, the other guys are right with the re-torquing with the engine at operating temperature but to be honest it sounds like it's leaking under pressure, you need to be sure the head and engine block were def cleaned up properly before installation mate, you probably covered that off so my best suggestion is to strip it back down, check the manufacturers spec with regard to head distortion or warping, it could be too far out mate, and maybe get the head and block crack tested, I'm assuming it's coolant leaking as we'll mate because oil loss from a head gasket is rare you'd have a more noticeable problem than a slight leak I think, so if it's coolant loss under pressure...... Crack test that head mate

Did you have the new heads resurfaced ? if no then that's probably the problem And what are you leaking Oil or water

did you use gasket sealant when installing is it rubber or cork.

You can try Jb weld may, may not work but if the heads are not resurfaced they will leak did you miss a piece of the old

gasket was the surface clean a mm piece of old gasket will cause it to leak

Hope it helps

you failed to mention what is leaking, coolant or oil, someone else mentioned a few heat cycles that is not a bad idea however try to torque it in the proper sequence while the engine is as warm as possible. if this fails and your leak is coolant you can try a can of block sealer, although I personally don't't like the stuff it would probably save pulling it all down again. And no the jb weld won't work.

You could run it and try to re-torque it, but really, cylinder heads must be checked for true-ness prior to installation. Do NOT use JB weld, that will not work.

I WOULD RUN IT THROUGH A FEW HEAT CYCLES AND TRY RE-TOURQE
